La storia
La PERONI JAZZ ORCHESTRA nasce dal laboratorio di musica jazz che è organizzato ogni anno presso l’omonima Scuola di Musica di San Michele al Fiume (Comune di Mondavio). Sotto la guida del Maestro Massimo Morganti l’orchestra ha sviluppato, nel corso degli anni, un repertorio che spazia in tutto il panorama della musica afroamericana
e focalizza quelle situazioni e quegli stili che ne hanno
caratterizzato il grande successo e la grande diffusione. Lo scopo dell’orchestra è quello di coinvolgere l’ascoltatore sviluppando i temi storici del jazz (come Summertime, Over the Rainbow, Birdland) attraverso le molteplici sonorità che solo con un grande organico strumentale si possono ottenere.
